Generals' Quarters  |  Buena Vista Suite  |  Willowbrooke Suite

The Generals' Quarters is a large, beautifully appointed suite that includes a private sitting room and bathroom. The bedroom features an original fireplace and a stately hand-carved mahogany four-poster bed. The sitting room and bath, both formerly part of an outdoor garden, contain original stone columns and half stone walls. The sitting room includes a table and chairs, sofa and armoire.  Historical pictures grace the walls of the suite, honoring our country's military history and the mansion's Civil War history. The suite is equipped with a refrigerator and TV/VCR with full cable. A nice selection of movies is available in our video library. Also available is an exercise room equipped with a treadmill and stationary bicycle.

The Buena Vista Suite is located in the oldest part of the mansion. The stone walls and original doorways have been left exposed, giving the suite a historic ambiance. The suite is decorated in a simple yet elegant manner befitting the 1850's. The bedroom hosts a beautiful queen-size four-poster cherry wood rice bed that rests high off the floor.  The separate sitting room contains a love seat, reading chair and TV. The private bath is quite large with plenty of room for dressing and primping. The suite is equipped with a refrigerator and TV/VCR with full cable. A nice selection of movies is available in our video library. Also available is an exercise room equipped with a treadmill and stationary bicycle.

The Willowbrooke Suite is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style. This romantic suite is warm and cozy with deep pink walls and rich, colorful floral, toile and lace decor. The inviting queen-size cherry wood bed is covered in down-filled comforters. This spacious room features a sitting area, dining area and private bath.  The suite is equipped with a TV/VCR with full cable. A nice selection of movies is available in our video library. Also available is an exercise room equipped with a treadmill and stationary bicycle.

Room Rates: Sunday thru Thursday (except holidays) $120 per night; Friday, Saturday, Holidays and special events $135-$195 per night. All guests are offered a full breakfast, served at the time of their choosing.  We accept cash, personal checks, MC, VISA, Discover and American Express cards.

Reservation Policies: Reservations must be confirmed with a major credit card to hold room. To avoid a cancellation charge of one night's room fee, please notify us of your change in plans 7-days before a weekend/holiday stay, and 48-hours before a weekday stay. Two night reservations on weekends are preferred; ask about our Saturday only reservation rate. We are happy to accommodate your special dietary needs, please let us know at the time of your reservation. Well mannered children are welcome, again, please inform us at the time of reservation to ensure room availability.
